I'm still kicking myself for missing out on Michael Chabon at Lee's last week, but there's no way in hell that I'm gonna miss out on Terry Moore. So I guess I gotta catch an early showing of From Hell on Friday so I can sleep early and make it on time to be the first to lobby for Katie Holmes as Veronica for the SiP movie, if it ever gets made. Too bad I won't be able to bullyrag Terry for issue #43 though...

Would anyone like to carpool to Lee's on Saturday? I'm so stoked about going and would love to meet some fellow strangers in paradise while supporting Terry AND helping the environment. I live south of SF and have a car that can hold three other people.

Terry will be doing a reading prior to the signing. The reading starts at 2:00. Seating is limited. Make sure to get here early to secure a seat.

I just wanna give a big thank you to Terry Moore and the fine folks at Lee's Comics. I missed the reading, so I can't comment on that, but Terry was very accomodating to each and every person in line during the signing period. The Veronica sketch he hooked me up with is my new prized possession (which used to be my signed polaroid of me and Jasmin St. Claire). Hopefully he comes back to the Bay Area soon so we can do this again.
